Book Your AAT Exams
Most of the exams are taken online at the centre. The students should book the exams at least 2 days in advance. It is the responsibility of the students to register with AAT before taking the exam.
The centre reserves the right not to allow change of date or cancellation of the exam. The exam fee is not refundable once a booking is made. Please note, you can also make an exam booking through your Osborne Training VLC (Virtual Learning Campus) Account.

Exam Availability
You can book exams on mostly Tuesdays with three different timing slots (11 am, 1 pm and 2 pm).
However, if you require sitting exams on other days, there is an additional fee of £40 payable.

For Remote Exam/Invigilation, the fee is £158 for any subject (where available)

IF YOU REQUIRE EXTRA SUPPORT
Simply select “Yes” to the question “Do you require any Additional Exam Support? (i.e. Extra Time, Disability Support)” and provide further details. Then one of the Osborne Training Team members will get in touch with you to discuss further.
Additional exam support could include:
- Special exam facilities
- A reader/Scribe
- Visual aids
- Extra time
- Disability access
- Learning disability support
- Other, as agreed with AAT, your exam centre and Training Provider
If you request additional exam support, your exam centre will contact you to discuss this further once you’ve booked your exam. You may be required to provide evidence to confirm that you are eligible for the extra support. We, therefore, recommend that you book your exam at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for these communications.
External Students – AAT Exams Fees information
Self Studying or studying with another provider? No worries, we have arrangement for external students to attend the AAT exams at any of our listed centres.
Terms
1 The students should book the exams at least 2 days in advance. It is the sole responsibility of the students to ensure the students have a valid registration with AAT and choose the right exam before Booking the exam. There will be no refund/reschedule available where there is no valid AAT Registration found or where the student chose wrong/incorrect subject. The centre reserves the right not to allow change of date or cancellation of the exam.
2 Students must submit their AAT registration number and date of birth when booking AAT exam online.
3 Candidates are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the exam.
4 All candidates have to be able to provide a valid identification document on the day of the exam. The only ID documents accepted are a valid passport or any other nationality document with a photograph or the valid UK driving License. (Provisional is also accepted)
5 The exam fee may vary depending on the status (Internal/External) of the students. If any student wants to sit for an exam of a course which the student studied at Osborne Training Centre, the internal exam fee will apply for the course duration period, otherwise in all other circumstances, the external exam fee will apply.
6 AAT Exam Booking Change/Cancellation: Once an exam booking is confirmed, the exam date can only be changed 14 days before the exam date. Late change of date or cancellation is not accepted. We allow only one change for any exam booking. Exam booking fee is strictly non-refundable. If any chargeback/dispute is raised through Card Provider, all associated costs with that will be paid by the candidate.
